Lead Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the Role

Lead our design team in crafting intuitive and visually stunning user experiences. You'll define design systems, conduct user research, and prototype innovative features. Work closely with product managers to align design with business goals. This role is ideal for a creative leader passionate about user-centered design and emerging trends in digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Prototype interactive experiences using Figma or Adobe XD
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature roadmaps
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
• Stay ahead of UI/UX trends and incorporate them into our products

Qualifications

• 7+ years in UI/UX design
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design and user flows
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
• Proficiency in collaboration tools like Miro or Notion
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)
